Description
Summary:碩士 === 德明財經科技大學 === 流通管理系 === 105 === In recent years, the food safety problems have been emerging in domestic market, demonstrating a poor effectiveness of food inspection and labeling mechanism. The unceasingly food safety issues also raise consumers’ awareness about the importance of food safety and consumers are willing to spend more time for learning about the reasons of food safety issues. Moreover, the governments promote the product traceability system--“Production & Marketing Traceability System” in a more aggressive manner. It’s found that the “Production & Marketing Traceability System” is equipped with the most excellent verification and management mechanism among the current food safety labeling systems. The dining-out population presents an increase year by year which brings the booming demands of catering channel markets. While when it comes to the food material processing, the risk control of each process, either from place of origin or to tableware is equally important and how to ensure food safety has become a heavy responsibility for catering channels. This research collected relevant information and literature as research basis while summarizing the in-depth interviews carried out for scholars, experts and group meal suppliers based on the status quo of Production & Marketing Traceability System’s development and its experience in domestic schools’ lunch in order to analyze the status quo and dilemma confronting when promoting “Production & Marketing Traceability System”. It expected to take the successful model of school lunch as example, spread it to other group meal channels, expand the positive circulating economic benefits and further make domestic food safety management system into practice; thus bringing greater market niche for Taiwan’s agricultural and livestock products and creating a win-win opportunities for both suppliers and consumers.
