Description
Summary:碩士 === 德明財經科技大學 === 流通管理系 === 105 === Abstract There are 49 Muslims in the world with mosquitoes accounting for more than USD 600 billion per year in the world with more than 15% of the global food market. As the halal market opportunities, in addition to halal food certification, there are halal logistics business opportunities. In order to understand the international standards for the halal logistics operation, to facilitate the domestic industry in response to the preparation of international halal logistics standards to meet the halal market requirements. This study integrates the international halal logistics standards: MS 2400: 2010 and IHIAS 0100: 2010 in the logistics operations with transportation, warehousing and retailing corresponding to management system, documents, equipment and facilities, storage and transport with 29 operation items. In order to understand the status and difficulties in implementing the international halal logistics standards, this study is aimed at the feasibility study of implementing the international halal logistics standards with obtaining halal certification companies. The results of the survey show that the management system, documents, equipment and facilities, and storage can meet the halal logistics standards. Since in recent years, food safety with the risk management and on-site operations have been a strong management awareness and management actions. But in the transportation, because the halal certification goods at the time of export can not meet the entire container/vehicles, it is difficult to transport by an independent transport system in case of cargo consolidation In addition, it is more difficult to clean the vehicle with a halal ceremony. The results of this study can provide a reference for the industry to build a halal logistics system to meet the future requirements of supply chain management when entering the Muslim market.
