| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北藝術大學 === 藝術行政與管理研究所 === 105 === In recent years the development of Local Cultural Museums have showed the multiculture of Taiwan, but the large number of Local Cultural Museums are highly competitive, leading to operational difficulties and rely on government subsidies. Only recently has strategic alliances of Local Cultural Museum proposed by local cultural museum project. However, research which has empirically documented the cooperation between Local Cultural Museums is scant. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore the cooperative relationships of Local Cultural Museums, including its cooperative motives, the factors of considering partners, and cooperative processes, and understand how local cultural museum project influenced the operation of Local Cultural Museums. This research involved case study, six proposals museums in Taipei City participated in the study, the data collection sessions were conducted through depth interview and were recorded for later coding and analysis.
Results of this study showed the cooperative motive of Local Cultural Museums will be affected by three major factors: strengthening internal resources, exchange of external resources, leading public authority. The cooperation of Local Cultural Museums is a dynamic and circular process. In the process, they will adjust the cooperation content according to the needs of each other and the relevant policies. To conclude, this study found that the direction of policy development has a critical impact on the operation of Local Cultural Museums.
