Summary:碩士 === 稻江科技暨管理學院 === 休閒遊憩管理學系碩士在職專班 === 105 === The design of the Exercise of Fourteen Meridian Meditation, which is developed in this study, is based on physiology, anatomy, yoga and verbal guidance, going with the knowledge and concept of Chinese Meridian and combining with my practical massage experiences for years. The definition of leisure and entertainment has been beyond what people have thought of-eating, drinking, playing, having fun. The modern people look forward to achieving the physical, psychological, intellectual, social and spiritual well-being during the process of having leisure and entertainment. Also, by the participation in varieties of activities, we desire to reach the balance and satisfaction in our bodies, minds, intellect and stamina, in individual and groups, in spirits and senses. The chosen fifty university students at the age of twenties will perform the Exercise of Fourteen Meridian Meditation once a week for continuing eight weeks. The data of the cardiovascular health of these students will be measured by Quantum Resonance Magnetic Analyzer before and after they begin to perform the exercise. Those data, which appears abnormal before practicing the exercise, will turn normal after doing the exercise for weeks.
