And the Internet of things contained in the data format, the system platform and other manufacturers do not use the common format or specification to the transport of things, resulting in things appear messy format, the standard inconsistencies and other issues, so when a service or manufacturers that have high Cost and data island. Although there are many things related to the service platform, but the use of semantic network using the registration service has not yet been developed. How to combine the data with the Internet of Things and use the semantic Web technology to complete a registration service is the main research goal of this paper. Web of Things is a framework developed by the W3C on the Internet of things classification, IoT-Lite ontology is a combination of many different ontology on the weight of the Internet of things ontology, so this study discusses the W3C's Web of Things Networking and semantic web-related literature and the use of semantic web and IoT-Lite Ontology and other technologies to establish a registration service platform to solve the current problems on the Internet of things and other issues, and the campus environment as an example to establish a registration of semantic.
