Description
Summary:碩士 === 環球科技大學 === 公共事務管理研究所 === 105 === The objectives of this research are to explore the reasons for police misconduct, analyze existing codes of conduct for the police, and review the codes of conduct from the perspective of general principles of administrative laws. The research results are as follows: 1.The most common type of legal offence committed by policemen is drunk driving, whereas the most common type of disciplinary offence is pre-duty alcohol consumption. 2.Disputes relevant to police misconduct, such as the unclear standards determining whether a policeman is drunk, the breath test for pre-duty alcohol consumption not meeting the principle of proportionality, and improper romantic relationships, need to be reviewed and discussed. 3.Relevant laws and regulations for police morals contradict the principle of clarity and definiteness, principle of prohibiting improper connection, principle of equality, and principle of necessity.
