From a perspective of marketing strategy, the study is to examine whether military instructor team employ "marketing approaches" to enhance teaching effectiveness. Eventually, the study is to be expected to figure out new directions in face of current predicament of policy promotion of all-out defense education and to serve as an example for other senior high and vocational schools. In this case study, the object of study is the first-year students at one private vocational school in Yunlin county who takes all-out defense course as required. This school has the most students in number among all vocational schools in Yunlin but the students, the object of study, have relatively lower academic achievement compared with peer students in other schools. This case study focuses on learning motivation of the students, teaching quality of the teachers, learning environment of the school, peer relations and satisfaction of the students toward all-out defense education. In addition, it is extended to explore the correlation between the satisfication of students and other key points, including learning motivation, teaching quality, learning environment and peer relations. The study shows the first-year students support and are satisfied with all-out defense education in the categories of learning motivation, teaching quality, learning environment, peer relations and learning satisification. On the other hand, it shows overall learning satisfication is highly correlated with teaching quality, leanring motivation and learning environment.
