In this study, through in-depth interviews with elementary school teachers, who studied in the Department of the school and have graduated from the Department of the school. Further analysis of the interview data, summarized and got the following conclusions and findings: 1. The teachers are paying attention to "civic literacy education", expect to be able to cooperate with a systematic course and use a complete set of teaching materials. 2. The civic literacy education must be an independent subject. 3. The civic literacy education, family education, and social education are the complements with each other. 4. The teachers should enhance their own "civic literacy" in teaching. 5. The way of in-service training for teachers in "citizen literacy knowledge" can be more diverse. 6. The purpose of running the course is to cultivate the public citizenship-oriented, rather than a single training of citizenship teachers. According to the above research conclusions, the suggestions are proposed to be used as reference by educational institutions, school administrative units, and teachers in the future. 高光義 2017 學位論文 ; thesis 102 zh-TW
