The writer takes thirty grade-three students in Sanxing Elementary School in Taipei as her case. Food education, environmental education, experiential learning and flowing learning are her underlying theoritical and methodological foundation. Then, she creates and compiles ten-week teaching activities in her natural science courses, observing the students’ reactions, collecting their feedbacks, analysizing, and inducing the data, and reaching the conclusion, which is summarized as follows: 1.Farming experience deepens students’ environmental awakening, reaching the five major dimenstions of its teaching objectives. After ten-week farming experience, 30 students (100%) are strongly aware of the natural environment in the campus, the correct eating habits, the knowledge of vegetables, and the organic certification symbols. 96% of the students recognize that self-made fertilizer and organic cultivation are indeed friendly for our environment, recommending their families buy organic agricultural products. In the ten weeks, not only did they soil, pull weeds, but they made fertilizer, grew non-toxic vegetables, harvested and shared non-toxic vegetables with their family, befriended the nature, took actions to love the nature as well. 2.After these learning activities, 59% of the children who have bad eating habits did change, daring to eat vegetables. 100% of the children shows that they enjoy the fun of eating vegetables, and they are willing to treasure food. 3.Parents and students positively support the expericence. 100% of the students voice that they expect other chances to participate in the farming experience or environmental education courses. According to the findings and conclusions, the writer recommends this thesis as a practical teaching and future research reference. Guo, Da-Xuan 郭大玄 2017 學位論文 ; thesis 166 zh-TW
