碩士 === 臺北市立大學 === 心理與諮商學系 === 105 === To understand the situation of single-session telephone counseling for self-killing callers willing to reduce suicide risk, this study will extract three samples from " self-killing callers who were willing to accept salvage in order to reduce suicide risks". By using thematic analysis, this study will be able to explore its process in depth. The study has found: First, the higher degree of self-killing callers’ willingness to talk, the more possibilities they will be assisted. Second, the phone call process of self-killing callers who are willing to reduce the crisis can be categorized into four stages: the suicidal ideation conveyed by the caller – the scission of perceptional relationship described by the caller- the effective link of hope viewed by the caller- the voluntary reduction of the caller’s suicide crisis. Recommendations based on the findings: Training direction of suicide ricks counseling recommendation aspect: 1.Raise the cognitive ability of suicidal behaviors and corresponding emergency measures.2. Consider phone calls as positive help messages.3.Cultivate the ability of undertaking the caller’s sufferings.4.Close to the caller's needs.5.Build the telephone counseling agency as secure base of the caller.6.Construct a complete and professional network of mutual assistance.7.Conduct each development stage step by step. And put forward the relevant recommendations for future studies.
