Method:Randomized grouping With 28 college football players divided into two kind of compound training groups, WP group (enhancement after weight, 14 people) and PW group (weight after enhanced, 14 people), for a period of 4 weeks, 3 times a week of compound training. And detection 30 meters dash, 50 meters dash, vertical jump and standing long jump before and after training, the obtained detection parameters were two-way analyzed of variance(ANOVA), level of significance set α=.05. Result:After four weeks complex training, there has significant progress on all kind of detection(include 30 meters dash, 50 meters dash, vertical jump, standing long jump) (p< .05) . Conclusion:After four weeks different order complex training, it's all can significantly improved on 30 meters dash, 50 meters dash, vertical jump, standing long jump's athletes' performance.
