In this study, the experiment group was divided into experimental group (n = 23) and control group (n = 25). The experimental group accepted sixteen experimental courses of FAE education. Each course lasted forty minutes. During the experiment, the control group accepted the life courses of the Han-Lin version. The self-made test of the healthy eating knowledge and healthy eating attitude and behavior scale were used as the pre-and-post measurement tools. There were two kinds of statistical processing in this study: (1) Paired-Samples t-test: for comparing the differences of the experimental group of students before and after accepting the courses (2) one-way ANCOVA: for comparing the differences of the two groups of students in the healthy dietary " KAP ". The result showed: 1.The FAE curriculum could enhance the Second Graders' "healthy dietary knowledge". 2.The FAE curriculum could improve the Second Graders' "healthy dietary attitudes". 3.The FAE curriculum could not change t the Second Graders' "healthy dietary behaviors". 4.The FAE curriculum was helpful to improve the Second Graders' "underweight" BMI (Body Mass Index). In this study, the suggestion for the school authorities was they should expand the categories of the FAE curriculum, plan the development of "Sustainable Campus", and improve school children's health by connotation of "Healthy-improveing Project " and "the FAE curriculum".The suggestion for teachers was they should enrich the knowledge of the FAE in order to facilitate the implementation of the FAE curriculum and plan the outdoor observation and practical experience activities in the curriculum. The suggestion for the future research was the qualitative research methods for exploring the students’ healthy dietary behaviors , and the development of the FAE curriculum in response to climate change adaptation.
