Summary:碩士 === 臺北市立大學 === 體育學系體育碩士在職專班 === 105 === The purpose of this study was to explore the difference of volleyball league players’ perceived effectiveness of referees and satisfaction of judgment in secondary schools in Taiwan, and compared the differences of different background variables, and to understand their relative situation. The questionnaires were collected by the stratified random sampling method and the questionnaires were collected from the questionnaires of volleyball league players’ perceived effectiveness of referees and satisfaction of judgment in secondary schools in Taiwan. The results were analyzed by SPSS for Windows 20.0, and the results were as follows: 1.The performance of volleyball league players' perceived effectiveness of referees was the highest in "professional attitude" and "law enforcement efficiency" followed by "race management" and "physical and mental quality"; the satisfaction of judgments was the highest in "fluency" followed by "correctness" and "consistency". 2.The performance of volleyball league players' perceived effectiveness of referees in different backgrounds was significantly different in "gender", "school district", "stage" and "training days per week". 3.The performance of judgments satisfaction in different background was significantly different in "gender", "school district", "stage", " training days per week ", "position". 4.There is a positive correlation between volleyball league players' perceived effectiveness of referees and the satisfaction of judgments. 5.The volleyball league players' perceived effectiveness of referees can effectively predict the satisfaction of judgments.
