Summary:碩士 === 臺北市立大學 === 體育學系體育教學碩士學位班 === 105 === The study aims at investigating the current situation and differential phenomenon of each factor on the Taipei City and New Taipei City elementary school teachers’ participating motivation and obstructive factors for recreational sports and to make comparison for the variable background differences of teachers’ participating motivation and obstructive factors. The objects of the study are elementary school teachers in the Taipei City and New Taipei City, the study applies questionnaire survey by using “Questionnaire of the Taipei City and New Taipei City Elementary School Teachers’ Participating Motivation and Obstructive Factors for Recreational Sports” as study tool based on stratified random sampling method with 442 effective returns out of dispatched 483 copies, the response rate was 91.51%, and to process the data by SPSS for Windows 12.0 version for analysis with result as follows: 1. Of the four elements for participating motivation for recreational sports, the “healthy need” and “psychological need” are aspects teachers value the most, with “social need” and “accomplishing need” as the second; As for the four obstructive factors, the “space and facility obstruction” comes as the most felt factor, followed by “work and family obstruction” and the next as “human relations and environmental obstruction” and “individual obstruction”. 2. The participating motivation for recreational sports is subject vital to different “gender”, “frequency of weekly sport”, whereas “school district”, “age”, “marital and family status”, “job position” remain not much difference; As for the obstructive factors is subject vital to different “school district”, “gender”, “age”, “marital and family status”, “job position”, “frequency of weekly sport”. 3. The participating motivation and obstructive factors for recreational sports in the Taipei City and New Taipei City reflects a low negative correlation.
