Summary:碩士 === 臺北市立大學 === 體育學系體育教學碩士學位班 === 105 === This study aims to understand the current situation of the continuous involvement in sports, leisure benefits and the sense of well-being of the participation of elementary school teachers and the differences among the various factors, which is the comparison of the differences in their continuous involvement, leisure benefits and the sense of well-being with distinctive background variables, and to explore the correlation and prediction of the factors of continuous involvement, leisure benefits and sense of well-being. Having the public elementary school teachers in New Taipei City in 2016, the study instrument was the “Scale of the Continuous Involvement, Leisure Benefits and Sense of Well-being of the Elementary School Teachers in New Taipei City”. Using stratified random sampling method, there were 590 effective samples. The effective response rate was 93.65%. SPSS 12.0 Software was used to conduct data analysis and management of the obtained information. The results of the study show: 1. There are three factors for the differences and current situation of continuous involvement. Among them all, the weight of “attractiveness” was the highest, followed by “centrality” and “self-expression”. There are three factors for the differences and current situation of leisure benefits. Among them all, the weight of “psychological” was the highest, followed by “physical” and “social”. There are four factors for the differences and current situation of the sense of well-being. Among them all, the weight of “interpersonal relationship” was the heights, followed by “self-affirmation "," life satisfaction ", and "physical and mental health" as the least. 2. In terms of the distinctive background variables for the continuous involvement, “gender”, “age”, and “occupation” have significant differences. In terms of the distinctive background variables for the leisure benefits, “gender”, “age”, “marital status”, “occupation”, and “personal monthly income” have significant differences. In terms of the distinctive background variables for the sense of well-being, “age”, “marital status”, “occupation”, and “personal monthly income” have significant differences. 3. The continuous involvement in sports, leisure benefits and the sense of well-being of the elementary school teachers of New Taipei City presented moderate positive correlation. 4. Continuous involvement and leisure benefits can effectively predict the sense of well-being.
