碩士 === 臺北市立大學 === 社會暨公共事務學系公共事務學碩士班 === 105 === The purpose of this study is to investigate the differences in public service, government image, political trust, and citizen satisfaction among people in Taoyuan city and New Taipei city.This research chooses citizens of Taoyuan City and New Taipei City as theresearch samples.The statistical methods used for data analysis includes descriptivestatistics, t-test, one-way Anova, Pearson’s correlation, and multiple-group SEM. According to the study results, the findings were summarized as thefollowings. 1. The quality of local public service quality and citizen satisfaction did not show significant differences between the samples ofTaoyuan City and New Taipei City. 2. The path oflocal government image evaluation tocitizen satisfaction showed significant differencesbetween the samples of Taoyuan City and New Taipei City. 3. The path of of local government political trust tocitizen satisfaction did not show significant differencesbetween the samples of Taoyuan City and New Taipei City. 4. The path of political trust for public service tocitizen satisfaction showed significant differences of mediating effectsbetween the samples of Taoyuan City and New Taipei City. 5. In the path ofpolitical trust for the government image tocitizen satisfaction showed significant differences of the mediating effectsbetween the samples of Taoyuan City and New Taipei City.
