Description
Summary:碩士 === 萬能科技大學 === 化妝品應用與管理研究所 === 105 === In this study, PEO / PPO nonionic surfactants with different carbon chains C12 and C14 were added with different pigments (0.8wt%, 2.0wt%, 5.0wt%), and at different temperatures (80 ℃, 90 ℃, 100 ℃) for plant dyeing, different plant pigment concentration and the addition of surfactants on the dyeing intensity. The general application of nonionic surfactants is the synthesis of polymer polymerization for emulsifiers, plasticizers, metal detergents, fiber retention agents, fiber processing agents, pharmaceutical cosmetic base agents, lubricants, release agents, emulsifiers, cosolvents, emulsifying stabilizers and color dispersants. PEO / PPO nonionic surfactants have excellent properties in many applications while non-ionic surfactants are more different in nature due to ionization and are more effective than conventional commercially nonionic surfactants. Curcumin has long been used as a natural pigment in the food industry. It is stable to the reducing agent, strong coloring, easy to fade, but sensitive to light, heat and iron ions. Polyester fabric in addition to the characteristics of moisture and fast drying, there are not easy to wrinkle, difficult to shrink and difficult to mold, etc., it is widely used in outdoor sports apparel.
