Summary:碩士 === 萬能科技大學 === 材料科學與工程研究所在職專班 === 105 === With high conductivity and easy to form a conductive network structure characteristics of the one dimensional silver nanowire material, a small amount of high aspect ratio silver nano wire added to the high-adhesive formulations which can be simplified coated onto the substrate and can also promote the ITO glass having the properties with high conductivity and high transparency. The Ag nanowire can be also added to solar nanosilver wire paste to reduce the solid content of silver paste and to reduce the cost. [1]Using conventional heating polyol chemical reduction method to find an appropriate reaction formulation parameters and temperature to synthesize silver nanowire,then to introduce it’s formulation into Hydrothermal synthesis to shorten it’s reaction time. [2]The chemical compound of containing acrylic acid mix with silver wire to form acid structure, then the Photoinitiator add into the formulation to obtain a good adhesion and penetration of the substrate [3]The high polymer of containing acid functional groups drop into ultrapure water to make it spreads out over water, then the substrate infiltrate into water to make the substrate’s surface can attach a lot containing acid functional groups.
