Therefore, this study is combining task-technology fit theory and social capital theory to explore how using social media influences job performance and relationship satisfaction, and explores the impact of relationship satisfaction on job performance, especially the latter is rarely found in literatures. This study includes the model of task-technology fit theory, the model of social capital theory and the integrated model, and explores the impact of using social media on job performance and relationship satisfaction. Subjects of this research are people who have the experience of using social media within company in Taipei City and New Taipei City, Taiwan. This study is a online questionnaire, and the main selection method is convenience sampling. Data is collected from August 1 to August 31 in 2016. The total amount of valid questionnaires is 204. SPSS and PLS are used for statistical analysis, and the model is estimated by partial least squares. The results of this study are as follows: (1) In the model of task-technology fit theory, "task-technology fit" has a significant influence on "job performance" and "relationship satisfaction". (2) In the model of social capital theory, "bonding social capital" has a significant influence on "job performance" and "relationship satisfaction". (3) In the integrated model, "bridging social capital" and "bonding social capital" have a significant influence on "job performance" and "relationship satisfaction", and "relationship satisfaction" has a significant influence on "job performance". This study provides a reference for managers and enterprises, and also provides a reference for future researchers.
