Although new technologies have brought convenience and improved personal performance and flexibility, the use of technology beyond the optimal level will result in scientific and technological load. And life imbalance, affecting the individual physiological and psychological feelings, aversion to work, rather than continue to work tasks. This study is divided into seven factors , contains six independent variables " job demands "," perceived opportunity for blended working "," need for autonomy at work "," information overload "," communication overload " and " system overload " , A dependent variable " perceived fatigue ", in order to understand the influence of different workloads on the workload of science and technology and perceived fatigue after using communication software. In this study, the use of instant messaging software LINE in Taiwan as the official communication tool for the work of the main object, Since August 2016 began to issue network questionnaires, questionnaire recovery for a total of one month, a total of 282 questionnaires collect, optional deduct all the same options of invalid 17 questionnaires, effective fill rate 93.9%, a total of 265 valid questionaire .The statistical methods were mainly descriptive statistical analysis and structural equation model analysis. Using SPSS and smart PLS Least squares statistical software to verify the hypothesis. The results of the study are as follows: (1) the job demands and perceived opportunity for blended working in the job characteristics have a positive impact on the information overload and the communication overload; (2) the job demands to have a positive effect on the system overload; (3) the information overload , communication overload and system overload have a positive impact on perceived fatigue; (4) the study also confirmed that the work characteristics of the impact of perceived fatigue is not significant. Future research recommendations: (1) to expand the scope or regional survey using communication software as a business contact workers; (2) can be investigated for different communication software; (3) can join other possible variables related research.
