The study found that the use of cloud-computing learning platform can improve learners' interests and attitudes, self-assessment, and thus improve the intention to learn, and finally show the effectiveness of learning. The cloud-computing learning platform, as an auxiliary tool for traditional teaching, has a significant positive impact on learning intentions and learning outcomes.
