This research evaluated tutors’ class management efficiency from students’ viewpoints. This research established a questionnaire by the literature reviews of the class management after the expert interviews. The evaluation of class management efficiency divided into six facets:"Teaching Quality ", "Learning Result", "Class Environment", "Conventional Performance", "Class Atmosphere", "Relationship between Parents and Teachers". This study sent the questionnaires to students (including the eighth and ninth grades) in a certain junior high school in Miaoli County. The main spirit of the study is based on “Expectation Confirmation Theory”. The returned questionnaires were tested by reliability, validity and factor analysis, and then the PLS-SEM models according to the students’ grade and gender were built up. Findings: "Relationship between Parents and Teachers", "Class Atmosphere", "Teaching Quality" , "Cleanliness and Order" and "Learning Result " produced an outstanding effect on students’ satisfaction with the total explanatory of 72.2%.Students’ grade and gender showed differences on the tutors’ class management efficiency.
