School administration plays a very important role for the stability of school affairs and promotes education policy. However, recently, in the field of education, it is not hard to aware the shortage of administrative teachers. If teachers are unwilling to take administration, it’s will affect students’ learning and the stability of school. Therefore, this study aims to study the key factors affecting the administrative stability of primary schools in response to the plight of the current educational scene. In this study, the current administrative teachers in Miaoli County were taken as the research object. After collecting and sorting out the literature, the researcher can understand the present situation of primary school administrative teachers and analyze the factors that affect the teachers’ willingness of taking administrative work . The self - made questionnaire was used as the research tool. The data of questionnaires were obtained and analyzed by structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The model of PLS-SEM was constructed to understand the correlation and causality of the factors. Finally, the research results can provide as a reference to stable school operation and improve the school administration.
