Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立陽明大學 === 生物醫學資訊研究所 === 105 === The aim of this research to clarify the factors that affect the service amount of the Emergency Department (ED) in Taiwan on daily bases. This research collected the data from the Ministry of Health and Welfare, open data platform of the government (http://data.gov.tw) and a citizens participated organization named the g0v in Taiwan. The service amounts were collected and compared between the six regions of Taiwan, and between the mornings and the afternoons. The result shows that the regions in the north and south suffered from insufficient medical institutes and resources, which made it a potential factor for overcrowded in ED. On the contrary, the east region also consisted of less medical resources, however, the east consisted of fewer population, which did not effect the service amount significantly.
