The overall performance is at the top of the world. Many daily goods are recycled by different appropriate ways. Taiwan becomes the role model of recycling, and Taiwan’s recycling policy is leant by other countries.
In recent years, due to the rapid development of biotechnology and medical industry in Taiwan, and the implement of Taiwan's national health insurance system, medical and dietary supplement are getting popular, and caused a lot of unwanted pharmaceuticals. But the ways of disposing pharmaceuticals are not established according. Many rivers in Taiwan are inspected, drug residues and pharmaceuticals and personal care products (PPCPs) residue are found in the river water. Drug recycling becomes a hot issue.
This study is based on the past research on the recycling behavior and cognition of environmental hazards. Questionnaires are used to explore the residents’ recycling behavior differences between recycling attitude, recycling cognition and environmental hazards in different administrative districts of Yunlin. The collected data are analyzed by using descriptive statistical analysis, inference statistical analysis, regression analysis, structural equation and other statistical methods.
