The market of medical care institutions is very competitive recently, only to improve medical service quality can retain the original patients and attract the new patients and help medical care institutions not only find out its core values but also operate sustainable. This study uses questionnaires surveys to explore the medical service quality and patient satisfaction at a regional hospital in Yunlin City. In total 265 questionnaires are distributed and 257 effective samples are collected, the recovery rate is 97.0%. After using descriptive statistical analysis, independent samples t-test, one-way ANOVA and analysis of correlation analysis to process the relevant data, the conclusions are as follows: 1.Demographic variables in relation of outpatient have no significant difference on overall medical service satisfaction. 2.Demographic variables in relation of outpatient have some significant difference on several of medical services satisfaction. 3.Outpatients on overall medical service satisfaction have significant correlation to willingness of returning to hospital and recommendation.
