Huu Nghi Food company is seen as one of the biggest companies in confectionery industry in Viet Nam. To be competitive with other rivals, Huu Nghi Food has to design and manage their distribution channels properly. In fact, Huu Nghi Food currently has diversified distribution channels, one of them is Bakery stores system. The Bakery store is used as the direct channel that transfers products from Huu Nghi Food to consumers and considered as the ‘’showroom’’ where the company can display their latest products. In the scope of this thesis, I would like to deeply do a research on the Bakery stores of Huu Nghi Food by sending questionnaires to consumers of the company in Ha Noi city. With the data collected from the company and result from the survey, in my point of view, I hope to give the company some suggestions in order to help them improve their distribution channels, especially for the Bakery stores. This paper uses data collected by the Marketing, Bakery department of this company and a number of respondents who are customers of HUUNGHI Food in Ha Noi city.
