| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 105 === The project "Red．Home Taipei Ximen" is located in Ximen of Taipei, the land area is about 105 Ping, the hostel building has 4 floors, and a basement. Our hostel have 72 beds, and the bed price is floating. We provide many booking platforms to customers, so they can really easy for booking our hostel. Our target audience are for 18-45-year-old customers. 70% for foreign customers, 30% for domestic customers (target group are Japanese, Korean and Hong Kongese).
The overall style of Red．Home Taipei Ximen is modern Chinese style, we hope to through our own ability to carry forward our Chinese culture, we would like to take different experience of living to our customers, so we choose the high quality of furniture, equipment and pay a lot of attention in our service, hoping to do our best to achieve the customer’s expectation.
