The financial industry was hit by the 2008 Financial Crisis that triggered bankers explored potential possibilities of the Internet. Under these circumstances, FinTech was born. This dissertation researches the four pillars of FinTech by using literature research method. The first pillar is “Always banking, never at a bank.” Clients are no longer limited to use banking services in physical banks, they can use banking services in any place and in any time. Through IoT, financial industry can know more about the related information of customers. The fourth pillar is the analysis and application of big data. Through analyzing big data, financial institution can find the implied meaning of the data and apply it to the financial industry. And the research, analyzes the advantages of Taiwan by exploring the future trend of FinTech. According to my researches, I found that the experience of customers is the developing core of FinTech. Financial institution use technology to integrate financial services into our life. Moreover, financial institution expects to realize “Financial Inclusion” in response to the innovation trend.
