Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 環境與安全衛生工程系 === 105 === This study investigated civil servants of the part townships in Yunlin County using questionnaire survey to analyze the change of environmental awareness and action before and after environmental education, and to discuss substantial benefit at their related business after implement environmental education law. This study surveyed a sample of pre-test 400 civil servants and yielded 372 sample (84% effective), and Post-test of 390 civil servants and yielded 353 sample (90% effective). The result shows after environmental education, the awareness of environmental ethics of civil servants were increased 10.4%. After accepting the environmental education in different work style shows significant differences, actual engaged in education, environmental protection workers for the current way of handling environmental education; some of the female subjects have a higher degree of recognition of environmental education courses (p<0.05). Most general civil servants believe that environmental education should be extended to the private sector(p<0.05); Different work style shows environmental ethics increase by after environmental education (p<0.05), although work in different, civil servants have to put environmental thinking in their business, especially the Chief. In addition, respondents expected that environmental education should be carried out in the outdoor and practical experience courses (p<0.05), while implement environmental protection has significantly improved individuals after environmental education (p<0.05). Finally, the study found that village-type respondents of environmental awareness, environmental issues, outdoor teaching, environmental business thinking issues are higher than urban-type, indicating that which need more environmental education to improve environmental awareness and action in urban-type respondents.
