Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 技術及職業教育研究所 === 105 === This study is to find out the relationship among teaching belief, school climate, career resilience, and teaching commitment of supply teachers in grade one to nine in Yunlin and Chiayi counties. Also, try to explore the mediating function of career resilience. A questionnaire is applied to get the data in this study. The findings are summarized as following: 1. There is no significant difference in supply teachers' belief. Just find out that male teachers’ scores are higher than female teachers in the section of “teachers' influence”. 2. There is significant difference in supply teachers' career resilience. The difference comes form the school size. In general, supply teachers’ career resilience in small schools is generally higher than those in large schools. Moreover, teachers in small schools is much more willing to take risks than those in large schools. Also, they are more independent than those in medium and large schools. 3. There are significant positive correlations among supply teachers’ teaching belief, school climate, career resilience, and teaching commitment. 4. Supply teachers’ teaching belief, school climate, and career resilience can predict teaching commitment significantly. Besides, teaching commitment is partially mediated by career resilience. Finally, suggestions are provided according to this study for substitute teachers, schools, and future research.
