This study adopted qualitative research with semi-structured interviews to gather materials. Through purposive sampling explored five junior high school teachers with administrative position in Yunlin County. After this study analyzed and generalized, it found some characteristics of the teachers with administrative were as follows: First, because the teachers have done very well on their previous work, their senior officials nominated them administrators. Second, the teachers want to challenge themselves and keep growing themselves up. Third, their achievement has received lots of affirmation by superiors and colleagues. So, they were willing to take over administrators. Fourth, with the superiors and colleagues’ assistance, the teachers with administrative transferred fear into confidence and achievement. Fifth, the teachers solved problems and learning actively. On further research showed these results were listed below: First, the teachers with administrative promoted their working values, such as they enhanced their ability, carried out administrative work efficiently, being aware that benefit to school et al. Second, the teachers with administrative enhanced their self-efficacy, such as benefiting for self-actualization, teachers, students, and school. Third, the teachers with administrative used different ways to adjust themselves to the hard situations. For example, they dealt with problems and emotion positively.
