碩士 === 元培醫事科技大學 === 企業管理系碩士班 === 105 === The objective of this study was to survey the professional ability of the graduates of subject in optics, explore the glasses industry demand for optical graduate with professional ability, in order to know the gap between learning and applying for the Graduates of Subject in Optics and provide suggestions of academic course to the department of optometry. To achieve the above purpose, this study used Modified Delphi Method and questionnaire survey as the main research method. First, this study summarized and analyzed the teaching courses of the institute of optical system of six universities, after finishing the professional ability structure of optical graduate of university, the questionnaire was designed and examinated by experts. Then, the questionnaire was tested by students and industry in order to confirm the validity and reliablity of the questionnaire. Through the above conscientious and careful investigation, this study constructed the "professional abilities" of optical graduate of university include professional knowledge, professional technology, work attitude, customer service, and personal development, there are five professional abilities and a total of 32 issues, each professional skill survey demand has its behavior description as the measure of the ability and to provide visual light training units, schools and individuals is the reference of Optometry training course to cultivate the future planning.
