Summary:碩士 === 元智大學 === 管理碩士在職專班 === 105 === The purpose of this study is to adopt AnalyticHierarchy Process (AHP) method to evaluate the automatic equipment supplier criteria in order to provide the case company developing an effective supply chain in a logical and scientific selection process basis. Through this study of modeling, the automatic equipment supplier will not regard price and personnel subjective opinion as critical element while evaluating the supplier qualification. First, through the literature discussion and review, this study summarizes five key elements which are quality, cost, service, delivery and technology capability, as the first level of supplier evaluation criteria and then based on these five major criteria, as well as with management opinions, propose the secondary level supplier evaluation criteria, total fifteen items, respectively. Last, prepare and submit the questionnaire to case company supplier evaluation decision making team to acquire and analyze the data by adopting AHP method to build up the evaluation criteria, index, weighting of suppliers and priority order correspondingly. From the five evaluation criteria, quality weights the most and follows up by technology capability, cost, delivery and service. Also, in secondary level criteria items, equipment stability takes the first place and then coming up in order with problem solving, mechanism design ability, equipment inquiry and quality verification. Through this study, the multiple perspective of AHP method to automatic equipment supplier evaluation could provide either the case company or relative industry for their automatic equipment supplier selection reference in the future.
