Faced with the competition of private enterprises, the change of financial environment and the change of consumers' behavior. How to maintain the financial business development opportunities and profit sources, more appropriate safety management mechanism and the effectiveness of the risk control system, etc., Is certainly an important research topic in the financial industry practitioners. Internet transactions between businesses, due to the complex transactions between control, changes in accounting information, collection and payment compatibility changes, but also to allow banks to explore the business opportunities. In addition to providing enterprises with basic Internet payment services, but also in response to the increase in electronic transactions and gradually expanded to financial integration services. Bank SinoPac is very early in the field of e-finance business, especially in the enterprise financial flow solutions for research and development and use in the front end. Therefore, the scope of the study is from the perspective of corporate practice, and as a case of Bank SinoPac, to explore the enterprise network banking tools and strategies to use, in order to develop strategies and meet the possible opportunities and challenges.
