Summary:碩士 === 元智大學 === 社會暨政策科學學系 === 105 === This study aimed at investigating the current status for school life adjustment and prosocial behavior on junior high school students in Taoyuan City, realizing the differences among background variables, and the relation between school life adjustment and prosocial behavior.In this study, the stratified random sampling method was adopted. In Taoyuan City the first, second and third grade of junior high school students as the object of study. A self-made questionnaire was used to conduct a sample survey. A total of 662 questionnaires were distributed in 9 schools. Effective questionnaires were 570 copies, and the effectively recovery rate was 86%. The data will be analyzed after the data analysis, getted the following main conclusions: First, the overall school life adaptation is close to good, "peer relationship" and "regular adaptation" is very good, "learning adaptation" and "teacher-student relationship" tend to be good. Second, the overall prosocial behavior is good, "cooperation" and "concern" are very good, "helping" and "volunteer service" is close to good. Third, differences between personal background variations and school life adaptation. Girls are better than boys in gender. In the family social status the medium society and high society is better than the low society. There are some differences in grade, school type, family structure and religious belief. However, there is no difference in the home rankings. Fourth, differences between personal background variables and prosocial behavior. Girls are better than boys in gender. There are some differences in grade, school type, religious belief and family social status. However, there is no difference in the family structure and home rankings. Fifth, there is a high positive correlation between school life adaptation and prosocial behavior in Taoyuan City. Lastly, according to the study conclusion provide reference for students, parents, teachers, schools and follow-up researchers.
