Therefore, the personnel engaged in employment services are also subject to greater inspections and requests. Employment service itself is a job service. Because of the high unemployment rate and absenteeism rate for several years, the government has placed more emphasis on employment services as an important business. It is hoped that the employment service personnel can provide more perfect, diversified and professional services for those who have job seekers and talents. In this study, role pressure is used as an independent variable, professional commitment as a mediating variable, job involvement as a dependent variable, and proactive personality as a moderating variable to explore the relationships among them, the mediating effect of professional commitment between role pressure and job involvement, and the moderating effect of proactive personality between role pressure and professional commitment. This study uses the first-line employment service personnel of the public employment service center (station) as the research object. To avoid the problem of common method variance, two-stage method is used for data collection. A total of 264 valid questionnaires were collected. The statistical analyses of descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis are used for hypotheses test. Research results show as follows: (1) Role pressure has a significantly positive influence on job involvement. (2) Professional commitment has a significantly positive influence on job involvement. (3) Professional commitment has a partially mediating effect between role pressure and job involvement. (4) The proactive personality has no moderating effect between role pressure and professional commitment. Based on the research results, the concrete conclusions and suggestions will provide for practice and future study as references. Huang, Liang-Chih 黃良志 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 94 zh-TW
