In the part of the machine tool, it can be divided into five castings and a spindle, which affect each other. In this paper, detailed experiments and analysis will be carried out on the spindle of the machine tool, in which the relationship between temperature rise and thermal deformation is mainly discussed. In this study, a complete set of experimental measuring equipment was built for the spindle. The biggest feature is that seven temperature measuring points are added inside the spindle, which are mainly distributed near the front and rear bearings of the spindle. A detailed understanding of the temperature variability of the inner and outer surfaces of the spindle and the analysis of the effect of the cooling system on it can be made clear. In terms of thermal deformation, this paper studies the tool center point (TCP) as the main object of discussion. After deducting other column effects, only the relationship between spindle temperature rise and thermal deformation is discussed. Through the established measuring equipment and different parameter effects (speed, room temperature) under the specified processing conditions to understand the spindle characteristics, the final data using statistical analysis methods to establish the relationship between temperature and thermal deformation, the experimental data Divide into the training and test groups and try to establish the thermal error model of the spindle.
