| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 運動競技系運動與休閒教育研究所 === 106 === The purpose of this study was to explore the content management system for the related sports and physical education academic society so that tried to design the Drupal playform. The study focused on the aspects of the current service conditions, functional requirements, evaluation indicators, and the establishment and planning of academic websites for the Sports Association's information platform. The five subjects were arranged by depth interviews and the content analysis method was applied to summarize the services of the academic website. The research found as following:
1. The aspect of service conditions: besides the society held academic activities, most of academinc society were in lower operational efficiency. Therefore, the updating news or information was fewer and lower usage rate.
2. The aspect of functional requirements: there was a goal setting and meaningful purpose in society’s website and pursuing academic professional position; Currently the society’s website only had a simple functions so that providing clearly structure and designing user’s needs of information and functions; the society had to provide correct and detail information on website, which would be affected the lifetime of academic website; the application technique of website would be preformed different styles of multiple media, easy reading, and fastly attracting user’s attention when they visited website.
3. The aspect of evaluation indicators: the structure of website would be setting simple searching function; Highly interation with users and using multiple media to perform the value and features for the society’s website; Emphasizing the promotion of website, connecting the cooporation of others area, increasing the rate of media exposure and usage.
4. The aspect of the establishment and planning of academic websites: building up the website would be separated several stages and providing precisely service content and regulations; Considering the cost and long-term management and maintenance.
This study was applied by qualitative approach to explore the aspects of the current service conditions, functional requirements, evaluation indicators, and the establishment and planning of academic websites for the Sports Association's
information platform. Using the case of the Taiwan Recreation Therapy Association to increase features, functions and frame structure so that this is an expectation leading to construct the full function and perfectly academic website for related sports and physical educaton academic society.
