According to the conclusion, this study provided suggestions for educators , government and retirement readiness worker, further researchers. This study used a questionnaire survey, by making a questionnaire which base on literature review and InFRE. Subjects were primary-school educators in Tainan city. After analysized the data from the questionnaire, the results of this study were summarized as follows: 1. This study’s questionnaire was helpful to find the distance between willingness and ability of retirement readiness. 2. Educators’ willingness of retirement readiness was above middle level. 3. Educators’ ability of retirement readiness was above middle level. 4. The relevant personal background factors that influence the willingness of retirement readiness included age and the time plan to retire. 5. The relevant personal background factors that influence the ability of retirement readiness included economic status and health status. 6. Educators’ willingness was higher than ability of retirement readiness. 7. Economic was the most important issues to educators, second one was environment and physiology. 8. Social and Medical care should be keep on, and the ability on psychology was enough.   According to these results, the study provided suggestions for educators ,government and retirement readiness worker, further researchers as follows: 1. Suggestions for educators (1) Should cultivate the proactive coping awareness on retirement readiness as soon as possible. (2) Search the way which you like to do retirement readiness, such as learning, reading or looking for resources . (3) Every person is unique, educators should find their way to do retirement readiness. (4) When educators do retirement readiness, should focus on economic first, second one was environment and physiology. 2. Suggestions for government and retirement readiness worker (1) Advocacy the important of retirement readiness. (2) Establish service to help people to do retirement readiness. (3) Should set up the related curriculum of retirement readiness. (4) Should make supporting measures to help educators when the pension reform is constantly changing. 3. Suggestions for further researchers (1) As for research subjects, may expand to other area and Career. (2) As for research field, may expand to other country. (3) As for research content, may expand to counseling and guidance, curriculum design.
