Therefore, the trend for elderly reemployment emerges. To understand demand for elderly reemployment is of importance and worth researching. The research included six purposes: understanding of productive aging, motivation of elderly reemployment, elders’ expectations about reemployment, elders’ difficulties of reemployment, elders’ solution to difficulties, and elders’ study demand. In this paper, the outline of interviews was based on literature review and research purpose. Qualitative research method was used. Also, semi-structured interview is conducted with seven high-aged interviewers promoted successfully by public employment services institution. Based on analyzed and compacted data, conclusions are listed below: 1. Productive aging from elders’ point of view can be further divided into two aspects, aiding social economic development and inheriting traditional experiences. 2. Elders’ self-development promotion was out of expectations about their reemployment. 3. Transfiguration was the most common difficulty of elderly reemployment. 4. Elders’ solution to difficulties were first using their own knowledge and then seek assistance according to experiences. 5. Elders’ study demand lacked courses about spiritual health. Based on conclusions, the study offered elders suggestions for deutero-learning, government for strengthening strategies, and further researchers for expanding research subjects as well as employing diversified research methods.
