Government policies have also promoted the creation of many different types of communities during this period. After entering the community, public policies will encounter many problems. In these years, people’s life styles are very large. Changes, policies must also progress with the background of time and space, the community creates a multitude of participants, including community builders, community leaders, administrative officials, community members, people, etc., to analyze the public policy to bring to the community helping the future to bring better development to the community is the biggest goal of this research.
In fact, we find that in addition to the impact of government policies, the positive level of community governance and the attitude of community leaders are the key to success. In other words, community building is another level of governance, the government provides in addition to policies, we must also combine civil power to successfully build communities.
The study is divided into two parts, one is to use the public policy theory, community building theory, local governance theory and other literature to explore the purpose and importance of community building; the second part is to use theory as the basis of Guogou. The county's light night patrol activities in the village were analyzed to analyze the impact of government policies on community building. Interviews were conducted between community builders, community leaders and participants who participated in the study to find the difference.
The study found that the promotion of government policies has indeed helped the community to build, but further can be pondered, why folk-type community building and building space type community building, residents' attitudes are different. And government policies have entered the community. What has changed and created what the community has created? What difficulties have you encountered in this? Perhaps it is possible to find better suggestions from the research, so that the government can provide appropriate policies for community building, how to make the communities we live in better, and how to make the policies succeed in promoting community building. These are the directions that will be worked hard in the future.
