Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 教育學碩士在職專班 === 106 === A Survey on the Preschool Educators to the Preschool Itinerant Educators’ Services, Role Perception and Satisfaction in Kaohsiung City Kindergarten Advisor: Professor Meng-Ching Hu Student: Wei-Lun Liao ABSTRACT The purpose of this study aims to investigate the satisfaction of the public preschool educators in Kaohsiung City with the role perception and the assistance provided by the preschool itinerant educators.This study adoptsthe paper questionnaire.“A Survey on the Preschool Educators’Satisfaction withPreschool Itinerant Educators’Services and Role Perception in Kaohsiung City Kindergarten”was designed to collect the research data. Meanwhile, the subjects are public in - service full-timepreschooleducators in Kaohsiung city which also placed in the class for the children with special educationalneeds and used to be accepted services by the preschool itinerant educators.The methods of stratified purposive sampling and cluster purposive sampling have been adopted. There are 328 samples collected and the number of valid samples is 312. The data were coded and analysed by using the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS for Windows Release 21.0). The method of the data analysis consisted of describe statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheff’s posterioi comparison test, Pearson’s correlation, and Stepwise multiple regression analysis. The following are the summary of the results: I. The condition of the pubic preschool educators in Kaohsiung City toward the preschool itinerant educators’role perception tends to positive. II. The condition of the pubic preschool educators in Kaohsiung City toward the preschoolitine rant educators’support services tends to positive. III.The satisfaction of the pubic preschool educators in Kaohsiung City towardthe preschool itinerant educators’support services is above theaverage. IV. The preschool educators who have master degree and more than twenty-one years work experiences have better role perception of the preschool itinerant educators. V. The preschool educators who have master degree and work with children with special educational needs require highlydemand by the preschool itinerant educators’supports. VI. The preschool educators without special education background and whose class isplacedwith the children with special educational needs have high satisfication with the preschool itinerant educators’supports. VII. There is the significant correlation with the condition of the pubic preschool educators in Kaohsiung City toward the preschool itinerant educators’role perception and needs of assistance supports. VIII.There is the obvious correlation with the condition of the pubic preschool educators in Kaohsiung City toward the preschool itinerant educators’role perception and satisfication with assistance supports. IX. There is the remarkable correlation with the condition of the pubic preschool educators in Kaohsiung City toward the needs of preschool itinerant educators’ assistance supports and satification. X. The satisfication can be partically effectively predicted by the condition of the pubicpreschooleducators in Kaohsiung City toward preschool itinerant educators’ role perception and assistance supports. Finally, based on this research results, this study provides relevant suggestions for educational oraganizations, preschool itinerant educators and future researchers.
