Description
Summary:碩士 === 中州科技大學 === 機械與自動化工程系 === 106 === In recent years, with the popularity of mountaineering activities, more and more people have stepped into the mountains, and mountain accident search and rescue cases have mushroomed. The cases of mountain accidents have increased the difficulty of firefighters' rescue. The work of firefighters is fraught with high levels of danger and pressures. In addition to the pressure of the work itself, firefighters also face the pressure from society. Many studies have found that work stress and leisure activity participation, leisure activity participation and job performance, work stress and job performance all have a significant correlation. Therefore, if we can identify the source of firefighters’ work pressure and find out the appropriate methods to relieve stress, we can effectively avoid the occurrence of dangerous work situations and improve their work performance. In this study, the firefighting mountain rescue workers from central Taiwan we’re served as the research subjects for us to get an in-depth understanding of their work pressure, leisure activity participation, work performance status and the impact of the aforementioned three situations. The questionnaire was carefully designed and managed, and the data were analyzed by the SPSS 12.0 statistical package software. Descriptive statistical analysis, project analysis, factor analysis, independent sample t-test, ANOVA , and simple regression analysis were conducted. The results of the study are as follows: 1. Most of the people in search of rescue and rescue work on the mountain have a higher degree of work pressure and feel the most from "outside the organization." 2. Most of the people involved in the search and rescue work at the leisure activities have the highest participation rate in "sports type" and lowest rate in "Art Performance". 3. Most of the rescue workers have generally high awareness of job performance. The highest degree of awareness is "personal performance". 4. There is a significant difference between the "work pressure" and the seniority of service and the level of education of rescue firefighters. 5. There is no significant difference in the "participation of leisure activities" for the search and rescue personnel due to their differences in age, educational level, marital status and service years. 6. The "performance" of search and rescue personnel will vary significantly with their age. 7. Through regression analysis, the result shows that work stress has a significant impact on the participation of some leisure activities. Leisure activity participation has a significant effect on some job performance. Keywords: Firefighters, work stress, leisure activities, job performance
