Therefore, many sightseeing night markets within Taiwan’s cities and counties have attracted many tourists. However, there are many potential fire and public safety dangers at night markets due to a lack of proper management. The public safety surrounding the use of gas, fire and electricity is a concern. If we don’t take positive steps to ameliorate it, it will endanger public safety. This study focuses on the area covered by the Miaokou Night Market in Keelung, through field exploration, case studies and interviews with experts. The study will also consider sources of water ( fire hydrant ) location distribution and use the Fire Department’s Military Simulation and Analysis at Keelung Night Market in order to enhance the efficiency of a rescue in the event of a fire in the area. It is hoped it can be used as a fire rescue reference by the Fire Department. To enhance the fire rescue efficiency of firefighters, after obtaining the results of the Military Simulation, we were able to identify the advantages and disadvantages of vehicle deployment, disaster relief traffic flow, search and rescue personnel and others. This will help to enhance the fire rescue efficiency of a disaster rescue, in addition to the direction of staff, if a fire were to occur at the Night Market. The study will help to ensure firefighters are able to keep losses to a minimum in order to protect people’s lives, property and safety.
