Traffic accident Special forces for handling car accidents must tender their assistance on these accidents, especially on roadside assistance, healthy condition check to drivers and patients, retaining of dashboard camera record, approaching insurance company and report the progress of all the assistance given. In some cases, the reason caused car accidents to fire engines and ambulances may be from auto-parts failure while in most cases, the accidents were caused by drivers who don’t follow traffic regulations. Although fire engines and ambulances are authorized by the law to legally not obey the traffic regulations, but collision or serious accidents are happened because of some reasons like the restriction of roads, failure on dodge from normal cars or roads too narrow etc. How does the Government fire control department prevent accidents from happening again? Research and analysis on the prevention and control of car accidents in the Fire Department of New Taipei City Government. How to reduce the risk of driving and Implement car accident prevention measures to ensure the safety of firefighters and ambulance personnel and passers-by. We have conducted the survey, data collection, literature review, case analysis, interview, questionnaire as well as the Analytic Hierarchy Process and so on to find out about the improvement and the solution.
