The subject is the teachers in a municipal elementary school in New Taipei City and the questionnaire is drafted based on "An impact study of leadership style on job satisfaction" by Yingzhang Lin in 2017, with the revision to make the questions suitable for the basic information of teachers in the elementary school. Convenience sampling is used for the subject of the questionnaire. There are total 165 questionnaires distributed and 161 received (with the return rate at 97.5%), among those received 150 are valid (80% valid for use). The study applied SPSS for statistics and was analyzed by descriptive statistics, T-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient. The results are as listed below: 1. The job satisfaction of the elementary school's teachers is impacted by salary and welfare program: the satisfaction of the teachers with graduate degree is higher than those with bachelor's degree since the different salaries for same job. The society normally expects more from male in workplace, so overall the male teachers feel more stressed than female teachers. 2. There is high correlation between supervisors' leadership style, work stress, and job satisfaction. The higher the supervisor's authority, the more stress the staff feels and oppositely the lower the job satisfaction. 3. There is low positive correlation between teachers' work stress and job satisfaction while job satisfaction will impact their performance and willingness. The teachers in the elementary school normally have high commitment, the more satisfied they perceived in the workplace, the more willingness they would devote to the education and are willing to take challenges as well as more stress from their work.
