If teachers stick to teaching using traditional teaching methods, they will often fail to keep up with the times. Traditional teaching method is not necessarily worse. But teachers can use a variety of ways to teach, students may receive more incentives to increase teaching effectiveness. This is also a good thing for teachers. There are many ways to teach, and it is common practice to use instructional media. In the rapid development of technology, information-related media such as computer multimedia, Internet, audiovisual multimedia and interactive distance teaching are widely used in teaching. But not all teachers are willing to use instructional media. Therefore, this study aims to explore the factors that influence the use of teachers’ instructional media. This study uses the perspective of system dynamics to explore the dynamic factors affecting the use of instructional media by teachers in junior high schools. Through the literature review, these factors are divided into three major dimensions: teachers' willingness to use, teaching environment support, and digital teaching materials. And construct a causal loop diagram, from which to find the eight driving factors: teacher information literacy, teacher professional learning community maturity, class management ability, government emphasis, school support, administrative workload, internet resources and the extent to which textbook publishers invest in research and development. Based on the above driving factors, propose policy intervention points. Learn how to increase the use of instructional media and improve teaching effectiveness. Bring positive development to education will be an important issue in the future. LIN, CHIN-HUANG LIOU, PEN-HSI 林錦煌 劉朋熹 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 84 zh-TW
