It is also a high-paying and long-term sustainable industry in which advanced countries compete with each other to fight rare diseases, reduce environmental harm by producing clean energy and generally make the planet safer. The degree of emphasis placed on this industry is evident from the list of participants and Taiwan has also joined this list in recent years, However, Taiwan is faced with internal environmental restrictions caused by dry seasons, heavy rainfall, the use of water for plant maintenance and landscape repair, all of which can cause a water shortage and this has a negative effect on the development of Hsinchu Biomedical Science Park. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the current status and challenges to the use of water in Hsinchu Biomedical Science Park using qualitative research based on Hermeneutic phenomenology as a research method. Seven people who worked in factories in the Hsinchu Biomedical Science Park participated in semi-structured interviews, each of which lasted for one to one and a half hours and the content was prescribed verbatim. The data was analyzed using a thematic analysis and the results revealed: (1) The current situation and problems of water resources in the Hsinchu Biomedical Science Park; (2) The water shortage in Hsinchu Biomedical Science Park; (3) Water crises and the turning point; and (4) The search for water resource ideas and the country’s hope for the future of the Biomedical Park. The study ended with a discussion and some recommendations for resolving the shortage of water in the Hsinchu Biomedical Science Park. CHEN LI-WEN 陳俐文 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 82 zh-TW
