In addition, the aging of the population is a global issue. The population of Taiwan is also moving into the ageing population. In the past research, the usage intention of the LINE communication system was less explored in the satisfaction of olderly. Therefore, this study wanted to explore the effects of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and entertainment value on the satisfaction of using LINE communication systems in olderly. Further explore the impact of social interaction, network externalities and satisfaction on the usage intention of LINE in senior citizens. The study was published simultaneously via mySurvey online questionnaires and physical questionnaires. A total of 415 valid questionnaires were recovered. The empirical results show that there is no obvious positive support for the usage intention use of LINE except for network externalities and other hypotheses have been confirmed. The empirical results of this study show that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and entertainment value have a positive impact on satisfaction, and social interaction and satisfaction have a positive and significant impact on the usage intention use of olderly LINE. According to the results of the study, the research results are provided and it is hoped that the results will help LINE's industry practitioners to propose management implications and practical suggestions and references.
